  • 个人简介

    赖秀兰,永利3044集团官网应用数学研究中心副教授,博士生导师,永利3044集团官网吴玉章青年学者。主要从事生物数学与肿瘤免疫动力学领域的研究工作,聚焦于生物医学相关问题预测模型的数学建模、理论分析与生物计算。在生物医学预测模型的构建与分析、肿瘤免疫相互作用、癌症联合治疗的数学建模和计算等方面取得了一系列成果。当前研究重点包括癌症诊断与抗PD-1/PD-L1治疗相关的癌症演变动力学、空转数据分析、白血病复发机制,以及万古霉素用药方案优化。近年来,在PNAS、Science China Mathematics、SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics、Journal of Mathematical Biology、Journal of Differential Equations、BMC Systems Biology、Bulletin of Mathematical Biology、DCDS-BSCI核心期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中一篇论文荣获第十七届北京青年优秀科技论文。

    先后主持国家自然科学基金项目2项(青年基金项目1项、面上项目1项),主要参与1项国家自然科学基金重点项目。任中国数学会生物数学专委会委员、中国工业与应用数学学会数学生命科学专委会委员。受邀担任Nature Communications、Journal of Mathematical Biology、Scientific Reports、PLoS Computational Biology、SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics等多个国际知名期刊的审稿人。
